I am in the final stages of publishing Volume I of my new textbook "The Science & Art of Musculoskeletal Diagnosis" All that is needed now is for me to finalise the book cover, review a draft copy and complete the details on Amazon. It will be available in paperback and hardcover. It is Letter size, full colour and has 100 pages. The price will be under US$100 in paperback and a little more for the hardcover edition. Volume II is written and being formatted for publication. It is planned that this will be on sale by Christmas. You can be sure I will let you know when this happens! This Volume is intended to be a companion the Volume I and consists of 27 selected cases illustrating the reality that clinical diagnosis is possible. This Volume will have 400 pages, at least. The exact number is not yet determined as this all depends on formatting.
