Update

I have decided to offer both volumes in three formats initially:

  1. Paperback: Standard Colour

  2. Paperback: Premium Colour

  3. Hardcover: Premium Colour

The standard colour is acceptable, but it is offered to reflect a need to keep prices down to the maximum possible for students and clinicians in less affluent countries. The premium colour editions will reflect the greater cost of production, which is not much more, actually.

This is very exciting and I am looking forward to finally getting this to market and receiving feedback!!
